| Rehabinasyon is the Philippine government’s all encompassing campaign against illegal drugs-from enforcement, justice, rehabilitation, reintegration and advocacy. | The Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) is formed by virtue of Executive Order No. 15, s. 2016. It is chaired by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and is composed of 42 member-agencies, each having a specific role in the fight against illegal drugs. See the Executive Order here . |
